Lady G's Story

Lady G was born on January 29, 2023, the beautiful daughter of Sire Zoe’s Red Dragon and Dam Gwendolyn. With her stunning white body adorned with red, black, and brindle spots, she’s a visual masterpiece that captures the eye and the heart.

From her first steps, Lady G exhibited a mix of grace and strength, inheriting the boldness of her sire, Zoe’s Red Dragon, and the elegance of her dam, Gwendolyn. Her coat, a striking patchwork of colors, tells a story of power and beauty, reflecting her lineage of excellence.

On December 23, 2023, Lady G made her way to 4Js Ranch, where she quickly settled in, making herself at home among the other young calves. Her calm yet curious nature made her a natural fit on the ranch, where she’s become an admired presence for both her beauty and her steady personality.

At 4Js, Lady G’s unique markings and regal demeanor have made her a standout. Whether grazing in the fields or exploring the pastures with quiet confidence, she represents the strength and promise of the next generation, embodying the best traits of both Zoe’s Red Dragon and Gwendolyn.

In the soft morning light of February 5th, 2023, on a quiet pasture somewhere deep in the heart of Texas, a calf took her first breath. She was strong and striking, with a red body brushed with patches of white, like clouds floating across a desert sunset.

She was born to a proud line—Zoe’s Red Dragon, her sire, known for his bold stance and fiery color, and Southern Comfort, her gentle dam, who passed on both grace and grit. The ranch hands took one look at her shimmering coat under the early morning moon and said, “That one’s got a little moonlight in her blood.”

And so, she was named: Moonshine. 

A New Home

On December 23rd, 2023, just before Christmas, Moonshine stepped off a trailer and onto the soft, wind-swept soil of 4Js Ranch. We had been waiting for her for 6 months and when she arrived, we saw in her not just the bloodline of champions, but a quiet intelligence in her eyes.

Moonshine took to the land quickly. She claimed a patch of pasture near the south fence, under a hickory tree. She grew fast and graceful, her curved horns rising like twin crescents from her proud head. We do call her the “Lady in Charge.”

Whiskey's Story

Whiskey was born on May 2, 2024, a spirited heifer with deep roots and a bold future. The daughter of powerhouse Sire Kaboom and the dependable Dam Butter Cup, Whiskey carries a legacy of strength, structure, and style.

She wears her heritage proudly with a Red and White Paint coat, marked by a vivid red head and legs—a striking contrast that makes her stand out in any pasture. Her coloring hints at her fiery spirit, but there’s a level-headed calm behind her confident gaze.

From the start, Whiskey showed a blend of grit and grace. She’s observant, quick on her feet, and not afraid to take the lead. Whether it’s exploring new ground or playfully testing boundaries, she brings both energy and intelligence to the herd.

Whiskey came to the 4Js Ranch on December 28, 2024, alongside her half-siblings Tequila and Bourbon. Since her arrival, she’s made her mark as a standout in the young stock—resilient, sharp, and full of potential.

At 4Js, Whiskey isn’t just part of the herd—she’s part of the future. With proven bloodlines, a bold personality, and a look you won’t forget, she’s everything you could hope for in the next generation of ranch excellence.

Tequila's Story

Tequila was born on April 10, 2024, a striking young heifer with a lineage rooted in strength and style. Sired by the bold and impressive Kaboom and out of the gentle and steady Daisy, she carries the best of both worlds in both temperament and appearance.

Tequila’s coat is a true showpiece, white body beautifully marked with large and small brown spots, complemented by a rich brown head, neck, and legs. Her coloring isn’t just eye-catching—it’s a perfect reflection of her bold yet balanced personality.

From her first steps, Tequila showed curiosity, confidence, and a spark of independence. She’s quick to explore, quick to learn, and always ready to lead the way.

On December 28, 2024, Tequila arrived at the 4Js Ranch, where she immediately made herself at home. Joining her half-siblings Whiskey and Bourbon, she’s become an essential part of the young herd standing out not just for her looks, but for her intelligence and natural presence.
